2 people want doctors, nurses, hospital staff, etc. to start washing their hands every time before they touch patients they are visiting.

I don't know how many times a doctor or nurse comes in the office to check my breathing and or something and they touch me right after meeting with another patient and I can tell they haven't washed or sanitized their hands. This is so weird to me. They are meeting with sick people. Shouldn't this be simple?
