3 people want to be able to start a business without jumping thru so many hoops & regulations.

If I'm a teacher and I want to start a family ice cream truck business for the summer while my kids and I are out of school I have to get a food handlers license, tax ID, permits, licenses for each employee including myself, I have to register with the city and state, and if I using a moving vehicle my fees and insurance go up even more. Now, a simple idea of trying to teach my children responsibility and value of a dollar just turned into the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
