Too many times I've heard recordings of 9-1-1 operators who are aloof, undignified, abrasive, antagonistic, and condescending while callers are true, real life emergencies that lead to death.

Too many times the line is busy and operators do not answer quickly or 'helpingly.'

We need reform. We need change. We need improvement. We need an overhaul with new training and more skilled employees.
