11 people want theaters to start carding kids for PG-13 and R movies.

There is a reason why the rating system exists, but it doesn't make sense if any kid at any age can go into a theater and buy a movie ticket for any movie. I know that often times young kids cannot go into R-rated movies, but often times they can very easily. And of course, kids at any age go into PG-13 movies. This is not OK.
