Like ATM's at banking centers... why not trust the customer to order the meal items they want without having to speak to someone they cannot understand over those archaic intercom systems?

I think I would be more interested if each drive thru also came with an app that allowed you to make your order via your phone and just confirm it w/ the touch screen.
