7 people want companies sending e-mails to use typefaces no smaller than 10 points. I can't read 5 or 7 point newsletters or e-mails.

I can't read the tiny print used in so many e-mails these days. E-mail is free, right? Why are they squeezing information they want us to read into the smallest space possible. Well, maybe that's a silly question. None the less, If I can't easily read it, I'm straining my eyes to read it, making the entire encounter unpleasurablre or downright painful. (And I'm not talking about the "fine print' at the bottom of ads and such. I'm talking about print in general. Even this typeface is on the verge of too small.)
