16 people want Businesses to require their smoking employees to smoke in the rear of the building. NOWHERE near the path of the entrance.

It is completely different for someone who is approaching a business to "finish" their cigarette than it is for an employee or employees to have their "smoke breaks" within the path of the entrance of a business.

Our company does this. No smoking within the bldg, or within 25 feet of an entrance.
