I'm a new customer to Scrapbook.com and I have made 3 purchases. However, I'm very discouraged by their outrageous international shipping. Currently, there are 2 items in my cart totaling $3.98 US and international shipping to Canada costs $24.43 US. Clearly something needs to change...

For any Canadian online shoppers, this is good to know regarding duties/taxes:
According to the Canada Border Services Agency, "Under the provisions of the Postal Imports Remission Order, if someone mails you an item worth CAN$20 or less, you don’t have to pay duty or taxes on the item."

I have even ordered many items for less than $20 USD (before shipping) and I never paid taxes/duties.

If we want change, then we need to email Scrapbook.com and tell them why we're not shopping from their site.

I really do weigh my shipping costs when ordering online. Many times th eshipping goes above the "sale" price. I can't afford to hunts down a good price then find out it is going to be lost on shipping.

I just went to purchase a paper stack and a pack of stickers last night and ended up not because the purchase was going to be $23 and the shipping was going to cost $15!

I also tend to oder from sites with no or little shipping costs. Most are OUTRAGEOUS!

I would even love if you had a prime shipping purchase option much like Amazon. I buy that every year and it saves me a great deal.

I love free shipping sites. I tend to buy more if I don't have to worry about shipping fees.

I'm much more inclined to buy from a site when I have free shipping. Thanks for listening.

I know that international free shipping is too much to ask, but please consider a discount on international shipping when you offer US free shipping!

If Scrapbook.com were to look across the board at online retailers, they'd notice the most successful - like Amazon - are the sites that offer free shipping, or at the very least a flat rate, low cost shipping. Many successful retailers - like Target - are doing it. I would definitely order more often with a free shipping coupon/offers. As it stands, I wait on placing orders until I feel I have enough product (that I can't buy locally to avoid shipping costs) to make it worth paying for shipping.

Several companys offer fee shipping with a set limit order.. I also would sho more often with free shipping..

High shipping costs always stop me from ordering on-line.

We are loyal customers, but if there is to be an eight or ten dollar shipping and handling cost, we might as well drive to the mall.

Including deals for International please maybe half price if not free, more often??
